We have a 2-year warranty, with a 3rd year option for $225 for the BodyGem and $295 for the MedGem. If the device gives an error during the warranty period, we ship out a replacement device. After the warranty period, we offer a $99 evaluation and re-calibration.
We offer a BodyGem 40 System Kit and MedGem 40 System Kit, if you want to try out the device first; before committing to the regular System Kit. They give you everything you need to complete 40 measurements, including Analyzer software for Windows, 42 mouthpiece filters, and a lightweight carry case.
